Integration and Customization

Why Integration?

There are often cases where multiple systems are already in place or are required to address the Business Processes of customers, which are not covered in the General Dynamics ERP offering. Hence, seamless or bi-directional integration solutions are required. We have the experience in integrating various third party systems with Dynamics ERP and built satellites to cover most of the vertical requirements. We have integrated third party warehouse management systems, Payroll Systems, van sales application etc., to Dynamics ERP, which are successfully operational in many sites across the region.

Why Customization?

Just as finger prints of two individuals can never be identical two businesses can also not be identical when it comes down to business processes they are running on. No ERP in the world can be a perfect fit for all business requirements of any company. The need of a perfect fit gives way to customization. To answer this need we built our satellites around Dynamics suite.

For example, the Standard Payroll of Dynamics GP is appropriate for US and Canada. Hence, the payroll structure of this region can not be answered by Dynamics GP Payroll as the labour law and employment policies here differ from those in the US market. To answer the payroll requirements of Mid-Eastern market, we developed our ME Payroll Satellite. ME Payroll is built after extensive research on the policies and procedures of this market.

Modifier with VBA

  2. Create direct links from Windows, reports and fields to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Outlook, as well as to other applications written to COM standard.
